What the www.btowood.com website stores and why. Updated on October 18, 2026.

Who looks after your data. PORTAS PRONTAS BARRETO LTDA (BTO Wood Finishing), CNPJ 10,441,320/0001-30, Greater Goiânia, GO.

Forms. Name, WhatsApp, email, city and what you requested go to BTO's sales system and are used only to answer your quote request. For sample requests, also your CPF or CNPJ (Brazilian tax ID) and delivery address, for shipping. We do not sell or share data.

Measurement. With your consent, we use Google Analytics, Google Ads and Metricool to see which pages work. When you send a quote request with consent given, your email, phone, name and city may be sent to Google Ads in encrypted (hashed) form, only to measure the results of our ads. You can decline in the cookie notice; the site works the same.

Videos. The videos are from YouTube and follow Google's policy when you play them.

Instagram (content publishing). BTO uses the official Instagram integration (Meta's Content Publishing API) to publish automatically only to BTO's own business profile, @painelripado. This connection accesses only BTO's Instagram account identifier and an access token, stored securely on our own server and used exclusively to publish BTO's posts. We do not collect, access or store data about followers, messages or third parties. The token can be revoked at any time in the Instagram settings and is deleted from our system when the connection is removed or upon request. Use is in compliance with the Meta Platform Terms.

System WhatsApp. BTO's system WhatsApp number, (62) 99284-9097, uses the official WhatsApp Business API (Meta) to send messages related to your service: quote, invoice, billing and order tracking. We store the number, the text and the status of these messages in the sales system, only to serve you. Follow-up messages go only to those who authorized them, and you can stop receiving them at any time with the "I no longer want to receive" button. When you reply to this number, we point you to your representative's WhatsApp. We do not sell or share this data.

Your rights. Under the LGPD (Brazilian data protection law, Law 13,709/2018), you can request access to your data, correction, deletion or withdraw your consent at any time, through the contact below.
