Frequently asked questions

Do I need construction work to install it?

Breeze comes with its own track for the pillar and can be fixed or pivoting. Installation is simple, with no demolition.

Where can I use it?

Indoor and covered outdoor.

Can I use it outdoors?

This line is for indoor spaces or covered outdoor areas, protected from rain. For facades and uncovered areas, see the Teak Wood Line or the Wood Slatted Panel in Teak or Brazilian Teak (Cumaru).

How much does one box cover?

Slats of 270. Coverage per box: Breeze 4,212 m². The site calculator does the math for your wall or ceiling.

Which colors are available?

11 options in production today, matching the leading MDF board patterns: Cumaru AR, Gianduia, Grafito, IPÊ Champagne, Itapuã DX, Jequitibá Rosa DX, Louro Freijó AR, Nude and more. Colors may vary by screen and batch; order a BTO sample.

How do I clean and care for it?

Clean with a damp cloth. If needed, use a soft sponge with neutral soap or 70 alcohol and dry with flannel. Never use abrasive products, which damage the finish.

What is the production lead time?

30 to 40 business days, plus shipping to your city. The exact lead time comes with the quote.

Is there a warranty?

5 years against manufacturing defects. It covers manufacturing defects such as bent or misaligned bars, or sizes that differ from the invoice, and differences between the sample and the product; a product that has already been installed is considered accepted. Customer service replies within 7 business days. StickTech and Breeze systems are patented.

Where do I buy it and how much does it cost?

The site does not show prices: the price comes from the store or sales representative in your region, with shipping and lead time. Use the calculator to find out how many boxes you need and get a quote, or see the Where to buy page.
